What should the inspection report include?

THE INSPECTION REPORT ON THE OPERATIONAL READINESS OF FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  1. Information about the company, name, registered office, or place of business of the operator of the fire safety equipment and identification number; for a person registered in the Commercial Register or other registry, also information regarding this registration
  2. The address of the facility where the operational inspection of the fire safety equipment was performed, if different from the operator’s registered office address as per item 1
  3. the location, type, manufacturer’s designation, model designation, and, if necessary for precise identification, the serial number of the inspected equipment
  4. the result of the operational inspection, any defects found, including the method and deadline for their rectification, and a statement regarding the equipment’s operational status
  5. the date of the inspection and the date of the next operational inspection
  6. written confirmation that the person who performed the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of the equipment listed below is responsible for the quality of the work performed and that they complied with the conditions set forth by legal regulations, normative requirements, and the manufacturer’s accompanying documentation for the specific type of fire safety equipment or fire extinguisher. The business owner must provide information about their company, name, registered office or place of business, and identification number; a person registered in the Commercial Register or another registry must provide information regarding this registration; an employee must provide similar information regarding their employer
